    Connecticut Sun hit the road for two games

    The Connecticut Sun play their first of two road games in as many nights, taking on Chicago tonight (8:30, CPTV Sports).

    The Sun (1-0) opened the season successfully last Saturday night at Mohegan Sun Arena, defeating rival New York 81-69.

    Chicago (1-0) opened its season with an impressive 102-80 win at Phoenix, the preseason favorite to win the WNBA championship.

    Epiphanny Prince led the Sky with 26 points and five assists, while Elena Delle Donne, the No. 2 overall pick behind Brittney Griner, had 16 points and eight rebounds. The Sky shot 51 percent from the field.

    It will be the Sky's home opener.

    The Sun travel to Minnesota on Saturday night to play the Lynx in their home opener.

    Connecticut returns home next Friday to play Washington, coached by former Sun coach Mike Thibault.
