JC Penney has unveiled a newly renovated home department at stores around the country, but not at the Crystal Mall.

In Connecticut, stores with new home departments are Westfarms Mall in Farmington, Shoppes at Buckland in Manchester, Connecticut Post Mall in Milford, Brass Mill Center in Waterbury and the Trumbull Shopping Park in Trumbull.

The retailer said the department will feature a selection of furnishings from such designers as Michael Graves, Martha Stewart and Jonathan Adler. A housewarming event will be held Friday through Sunday. For a list of stores visit jcpenney.com.
