Author to discuss nuclear-age politics

The Waterford Public Library presents an evening with author Paul Bracken on Tuesday, June 25, at 7 p.m. Bracken, a professor of political science and management at Yale University, will discuss his book, "The Second Nuclear Age: Strategy, Danger, and the New Power Politics," which explores "the new, multipolar nuclear world," according to a press release.

A question and answer period will follow the formal presentation. The program is free and open to the public. For details, call (860) 444-5805, ext. 2.
