Eudocio Cruz, 31, of 129 Ashcroft Road was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Kiley, 60, of 49 Bayshore Drive was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Shelsie Greene, 23, of 14 Two Mile Hill Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Thomas Champion, 40, of 185 Pequot Ave., Apt. 9, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Hector Roa, 24, of 27 Jay St. was charged Thursday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.


Rosalydia Garcia, 18, of 68 Page St. was charged Friday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

David Amorin, 35, of 68 Page St., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Kevin Mason, 25, of 20 N. Cliff St. was charged Thursday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Torre Brown, 21, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Danielle Dubicki, 30, of 120 Main St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with violation of probation.
