Groton City

William Y. Ross, 28, of 38 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lamar D. Fluker, 34, of 112 Brandegee Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Susan M. Sawyer, 41, of 54 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Regan Torres, 20, of 8 Beechwood Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to illuminate head lamps.

Leonard Parks, 29, of 153 Garfield Ave. was charged Sunday with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Ronald A. Saunders 32, of 16 Hamast Ave., Waterford, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.

Raynell Stone, 32, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree trespass.

Nick Ludwig, 18, of 18 Gorton St. was charged Sunday with violation of a restraining order.

Kamini Tiwari, 35, of 262 Jefferson Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Candice Hamilton, 27, of 120 Norwood Ave. was charged Sunday with violating a restraining order.

Craig S. McGillis, 20, of 319 Broad St. was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer, threatening, possession of a dangerous weapon and breach of peace.

Nurrideem S. Carson, 32, of 173 Shaw St. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, breach of peace, possession of a dangerous weapon and threatening.

Norwich

Herberto Diaz, 44, of Willimantic was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

David Arkus, 34, of 191 Franklin St., No. 4, was charged Monday with reckless burning and breach of peace.

Brian Lavore, 27, of 191 Franklin St., No. 5, was charged Monday with reckless burning.

Kelvin McCullough, 25, of Hartford was charged Sunday at the Mohegan Sun Casino with second-degree failure to appear in court.
