Groton City

Sazet Marie Figueroa, 24, of 48 Mather Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Evens Leonidas Pascal, 27, of 48 Mather Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Groton Town

Anthony R. Orbe, 30, of 8 Harvard Lane, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, failure to drive a reasonable distance and improper use of high beams.

Daniel R. Nicolosi, 50, of 428 Long Hill Road was charged Sunday with breach of peace and refusing to be fingerprinted.

Eric J. Beidelman, 45, of 5 Central Ave., Niantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance, improper use of a marker, license or registration, and evading responsibility.

New London

Michael Evans, 45, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to infraction.

Dimitri Sitty, 32, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a traffic signal, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and failure to carry proper insurance.

Norwich

Richard Nysoczynski, 23, of 11 Pequot Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with possession of hallucinogens and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Albert Smith, 48, of 582 N. Main St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Kelannie Batchelor, 31, of Hartford was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Patrick Murch, 28, of 228 Mistuxet Ave., Mystic, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Rory McKieran, 26, of 6 Nelson Drive was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Christopher M. Regan Jr., 21, was charged Tuesday with failure to have tail lamps and driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Scott Miller, 43, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Tina Louise Conary, 42, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 24, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Marianne Sawyer, 51, of 112 Brookside Lane, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Asif Javed Choudry, 35, of 65 Timber Ridge Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Waterford

Christian McDonough, 19, of 99 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
