Groton City

Melanie Miranda-Vega, 22, of 318 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kimberly Christopher, 22, of 50 Forest St., Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

Groton Town

Alysia R. Jarmom, 24, of 514 New London Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Thursday with first-degree larceny.

Kelly Maurice Bradley, 26, of 31 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

Karrie L. Smith, 40, of 515 Toll Gate Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

New London

Rocky Garcia, 32, 17 Belder Court was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Enrico Maturo, 42, of 38 Linden St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

David Christley, 41, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Khristopher Colon, 22, of 120 Chestnut St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Jazmine Pemberton, 19, of 45 Union St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Nakeema Williams, 26, of 234 Broad St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

State police - Casino Unit

James McArthur, 36, of Manchester was charged Friday at Mohegan Sun with breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief.

State police - Montville

Gordon Baird, 24, of 30 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Montville with illegal possession of narcotics and narcotics not kept in their original container.

Robert Prokop, 45, of 146 Witchmeadow Road, Salem, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear a seat belt and drinking while in a vehicle.
