The musical treasure trove known loosely as the New London Music Scene is per capita one of the most amazing artistic communities in New England.
But there's always room for new bands - and, as such, Wholly Ghost makes its sonic debut Saturday with a show in the Oasis Pub. Featuring core members Joshua Houser and Andrea Davis, the group is perfecting a brand of folk-metal - can you say "Finntroll," anyone? - and will assuredly introduce you to a concept of all-reverb/all-the-time.
Also on the bill are Sister Mary, aka Ashaway's Mary T.S. Brooks, a modern bluegrass artist touring behind her "Sanctuary" album; and the intriguingly named I Was Left On a Mountain.
