Groton Town

Kirk R. Mercado, 32, of 7 Crescent St., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance, improper use of a marker, license or registration, driving or towing an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal possession of a motor vehicle number plate.

Christopher M. Young, 31, of 42 Lathrop Road, No. 2, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Shannon White, 18, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass, breach of peace, third-degree assault, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dee C. Cheshire, 76, of 372 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.

New London

Aurelio A. Cruz, 46, of 33 Montauk Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Carlos Denizard, 50, of 311 Bayonet St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and fifth-degree larceny.

Gerald Vanbrocklin, 44, of 104 Waterhole Road, Colchester, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Tara Wilson, 25, of 239B Nautilus Drive was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

State Police - Montville

Alexandra Haggett, 22, of 178 6 Meetinghouse Lane, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Ernest Hemingway, 30, of Baltic was charged Thursday in Montville with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Marabeth Dunn, 46, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree identity theft.

Marc Connelly, 46, of 1 Green Hill Road was charged Wednesday with violating a protective order.

Eric Donovan, 25, of 34 Hickory Lane was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

James Dubay, 25, of 31 Quarry Road was charged Tuesday with failure to drive in the right lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and using a cellphone while driving.

Jon Kimkoski, 38, of 448 Boston Post Road was charged Monday with using a cellphone while driving and driving with a suspended license or registration.
