James C. Dart Sr., 70, of 23 Washington Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.

James C. Dart Jr., 29, of 23 Washington Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree false statement.

Jeffery Dart, 35, of 123 Poquonnock Road was charged on Friday with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

Mark J. Roy, 57, of 119 Thames St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Groton Town

Emily F. Wickman, 26, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Sept. 21 with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, driving without a license and prostitution.New London

Georges Emmanuel, 26, of 19 Jay St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and criminal impersonation.

Ian Clang, 20, of 118 State St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Edward Peterson, 45, of 79 Old Chester Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

Gregory Weiss, 45, of 21 Beckwith Hill Drive, Salem, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Gloria Beaudoin, 39, of 93A White Rock Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Brittni Howard, 21, of 137 Tower St. # 1, Westerly, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Crystal Smith, 41, of 43 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Maria Moreno, 37, of 6 Chappell St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, three counts of risk of injury to a minor and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jeremy Grant, 35, of 9 South A St., Taftville, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Darrell Langlois, 25, of 163 Kate Downing Road, Plainfield, was charged Saturday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Wayne Oster, 24, of 163 Kate Downing Road, Plainfield, was charged Saturday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Aimee Langlois, 24, of 163 Kate Downing Road, Plainfield, was charged Saturday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waterford

Mellisa Brodaski, 33, of 1613 Route 85, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Samuel Moffett, 39, of 47 Sunset St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Viola, 26, of 106 Way Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Justyn Sheline, 26, of 11 Hillside Ave., Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stephen Deluca, 43, of 216 High Rock Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
