East Lyme

Emily Becker, 20, of 6 Orchard St. was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Groton Town

Roberto Aguirre, 39, of 50 Nathan Hale Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance and second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Louis E. Rollins, 64, of 22 Grand St. was charged Sunday with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.


Oles Jean-Baptiste, 36, of 21A Pond St. was charged Sunday with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.


Alec Scarpa, 19, of 27 Lake Drive, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and misuse of license plates.

Geidy Ramirez, 19, of 70 Antony Road, New London, was charged Sunday with criminal impersonation and sixth-degree larceny.

Jason Eaton, 425, of 321 Willetts Ave. Ext., was charged Sunday with violation of probation.
