Jeffrey Pascal, 50, of 2 Jennie St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Kelly, 28, of 86 Summer St. was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin.

Emmanuel Diz-Garcia, no age listed, of 240 Willetts Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.

Norwich

Amber Pierce, 21, of Colchester was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and unsafe passing.

State police - Montville

Daniel Cabrera, 30, of Holden, Mass., was charged Thursday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

David Jones, 37, of Canterbury was charged Wednesday in Canterbury with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ronald Benedict, 53, of 63 Lisa Lane, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Edwin Torres, 40, of Waterbury was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Peter Desrosier, 53, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Sean P. Donahue, 51, of 17 Coveside Lane was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with an officer.

Sakima S. Jackson, 28, of 282 Laura Boulevard, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to register a vehicle available for commercial registration.

Kevin L. Daniel, 40, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 124, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, failure to drive right, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.
