State Police -- Casino unit

Matthew Allen, 20, of West Roxbury, Mass., was charged Saturday with placing a wager at a gaming facility as a minor.

State Police - Montville

Jeremy Haynes, 44, of 431 Gay Hill Road, Apt. 5, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Morgan A. Dailey, 29, of 38 Black Point Road, Niantic was charged Saturday in Montville with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

A juvenile, 12, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with breach of peace.

A juvenile, 13, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with breach of peace.

New London

Ulyses Blanco, 32, of 346 Broad St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Muhammad Malloy, 29, of East Hartford, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Bebeto Rinchere, 23, of 36 Truman St., Apt. D, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and sixth-degree larceny.

Stephen DeLuca, 43, of 5 Barn Road, Deep River, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

Jeffrey S. Prokes, 49, of Danielson, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Mychal W. Mitchell, 30, of 169 Third Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Zeb R. Hults, 35, of 55 Olive St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Shameeka Flanders, 32, of of 547 Bank St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Luis Luceno, 31, of 88 Ocean Ave., 2nd floor, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended registration and driving without a license.

Norwich

Theresa Morgan, 54, of 71 Taftville-Occum Road was charged Saturday with evading responsibility.

Sherry Gaudieau, 49, of 81 Norwich Ave., Apt. B, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Rason Lockhart, 20, of 6 Sandy Lane was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Richard Blonshine, 53, of 30 Alice St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with a police officer, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.

Shakeila Harley, 21, of 145 Tower St., Westerly, was charged Friday with two counts of illegal use of a credit card, two counts of third-degree identity theft and interfering with a police officer.

Shannon A. Gaccione, 39, of 28 Huntington St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer.

Anastasia B. Konakowitz, 22, of 513 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Steven J. Campbell, 19, of 4 Byron Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and and evading responsibility.

Waterford

Kevin Petry, 36, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Tashara Wilson, 38, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

David Sheppard, 59, of 117 Waterford Parkway North, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief.
