Groton Town

Mark L. Griffith, 29, of Storrs was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the right lane and making a restricted turn.

Christopher Vargas-Lebron, 22, of 548 Thames St. was charged Tuesday with a stop sign violation and possession of a controlled substance.

Richard L. Brown, 34, of 204 Scotland Road, No. 4, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and improper number of headlights.

Christopher J. Annino, 30, of 153 Laurelwood Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

New London

Delbert Street, 52, of no certain address was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass.

Mark Williams, 54, of 1634 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast for conditions and failure to drive right.


George Labonte, 46, of 73 4th St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights illuminated.

State Police - Montville

Daniel Solomon, 45, of 49 Sunny Hill Drive, Apt. A1, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Choser, 29, of 582 N. Main St., Apt. 3, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Montville with failure to register as a sex offender.

Matthew Domvkowski, 43, of 196 Branch Hill Road, Preston, was charged Saturday in Griswold with breach of peace and third-degree assault.


Ernest Pritchett, 42, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Moglin Reyes-Acosta, 46, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Leah Feliciano, 41, of 3 Grabner Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
