Bank Square Books hosts Jean Hanff Korelitz

    Jean Hanff Korelitz

It's the epitome of an upwardly successful Manhattan life: therapist Grace Reinhart Sachs is devoted to her son, Henry, and husband, an elite pediatric oncologist at a major cancer hospital. She's publishing a book based on her professional experiences in which she instructs women on how to hear what men are really saying.

This is the idyllic setting in Jean Hanff Korelitz's much anticipated new novel, "You Should Have Known." Indeed, SHOULD Grace have known? When a murder disrupts life at Henry's school, and then Grace's husband vanishes, she's forced to make increasingly terrifying discoveries.

Korelitz, who is also the author of "A Jury of Her Peers," "The Sabbathday River" and "The White Rose," appears Monday at an author luncheon in Bank Square Books. Korelitz will sign and discuss "You Should Have Known."
