Mystic Writer’s Colony launches with open mic night

The Mystic Writer's Colony presents its first open mic night on Thursday, April 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. Writers of all genres, including musicians, ages 13 and older are welcome to share their work on the second fllor of Bank Square Books at 53 W. Main St., Mystic.

Each performer will be limited to three minutes of PG-rated material.

Light refreshments will be served, and the event will be limited to 50 attendees. The fee is $5 for presenters, $2 for audience admission.
