Stephanie A. Appleton of Salem, wed Daniel R. Forget of East Lyme, Sept. 14, 2013, on the grounds of the Branford House, UCONN Avery Point, Groton. A reception followed inside the Branford House. The bride is the daughter of Hubert and Leanne Appleton. The groom is the son of Daniel P. and Cindy Forget of East Lyme.

The bride was given by her parents. Matron of honor was Leanne Appleton, mother of the bride. Bridesmaids were Christie Taylor of Merrimack, N.H., Emma Lessard of Manchester, N.H., and Shannon Avery of Merrimack. Flower girls were Lindsey and Samantha Throwe, cousins of the bride.

The groom's wedding party included best man Stefan Aleo of East Lyme, Landon Appleton of Canterbury, and Trent Appleton of Canterbury.

The bride is a graduate of East Lyme High School and earned her degree in retail marketing/fashion merchandising from Southern New Hampshire University.

The groom is a graduate of East Lyme High School and earned his degree in graphic communications from Franklin Pierce University.

They live and work in Merrimack with their boxer, Levi.
