Brandon McClellan, 34, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Steven Waterman, 56, of 48 Godfrey St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.

Olivia Cox, 26, with a last known address of 67 Litton Ave., was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Devon Beatrice, 27, of 32 Dimmock Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Timothy McKay, 39, of 42 Jefferson Ave., No. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Dericka Zeigler, 21, of 35 Chestnut St., Apt. 313, was charged Monday with violation of protective order.

Waterford

James Shields, 51, of 16 Latimer Drive, East Lyme, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
