Groton City

Colin J. Perry, 22, of 18 Spicer Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have head lamps.

Jason A. Wise, 34, of 147 Branford Ave. was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town

Michelle D. Choquette, 27, of 108 Driftwood Circle was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Samuel Lee Manuel, 44, of 19 Jay St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Valerie Reinhart, 30, of 98 Montauk Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, possession of burglary tools, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

James Denning, 55, of 11 Old Mill Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have head lamps lit.

Divon Terril Green, 18, of 88 Williams St., No. 2, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Norwich

Joel Mirken, 27, of 6 Stevens Road, Clinton, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dennis Moran, 54, of 38 Cliff St., No. 6, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Joel R. Gabrielson, 27, of 60 Jeremy Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
