Benjamin D. Dahm, 24, of 158 Hawthorne Drive, No. 17, Apt. 1A, New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Groton Town

George G. Hogue, 28, of 52 Mackenzie Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Carolyn A. Collins, 52, of 46 Village Lane No. 5, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Shannon M. Coram, 37, of 425 Bridge St. #212, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

New London

Wilton Franck, 23, of 49 Prest St., second floor, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Suzanne Nolan, 45, of 66 Jay St., No. 4, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raashid Cox, 24, of 365 Jefferson Ave., was charged Friday with interfering with police and third-degree trespass.

Dishon W. Robertson, 31, of 320 Laurel Hill Road, Apt. 4, Norwich, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Norwich

David Eichelberg, 51, of 56 Henry St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to keep right.

Carlos A. Casillas, 20, of 22 Homestead Road, Apt. D, Ledyard, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to keep right.

Lisa M. Hesse, 44, of 13 Wilcox St., Wethersfield, was charged Friday in Preston with breach of peace.

Mark S. Tracey, 47, of 13 Wilcox St., Wethersfield, was charged Friday in Preston with breach of peace.

Calvin J. Kilgore, 31, of 60 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Ledyard with being a fugitive from justice.

Steven L. Pelissier, 22, of 15 Ascot Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Friday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Andrew Sullivan, 21, of 15 Cape Ann St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
