Celebrate Fort Griswold on the Thames

Groton Parks and Recreation presents the annual Fort Griswold Celebration on the Thames on Saturday.
The community is invited to visit vendor booths beginning at 4 p.m., hear music by Shaded Soul Band at 6 p.m., and view the Mashantucket Pequot Fireworks Extravaganza at 9 p.m.
Food and beverages will be available for sale by vendors including the Groton Lions Club, The Rolling Tomato and Scotties Frozen Custard.
The event is free and open to the public.
