It has become clear that President Obama has ordered and is directing the deluge of illegal aliens now flooding our southwestern borders. He has obstructed the rights and prerogatives of the border states to defend themselves while simultaneously trying to divert billions of our taxpayers' dollars to support his dream of permanently transmuting the ethnicity and politics of the American voting public.

Based on the requirements and definitions established in Article III, Section 3 and Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, Obama and everyone he has recruited or trapped in this effort can and should be prosecuted for treason. They must be immediately impeached, removed from office and sent to prison.

Indeed there are many more examples of Obama's dereliction of duties. To list them all would only serve to make both the leadership and the American public look even worse for having put up with the criminality of his administration for so long.
