Groton City

David K. Herbert, 35, of 54 Benham Road was charged Thursday with a stop sign violation, driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle with expired registration, and driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license.

Groton Town

Dennis V. Madec, 46, of 164 Fellows Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.


Corinna Decelles, 25, 586 E. Main St. was charged Thursday with violation of protective order.

Mohammed Farhad, 30, of 463 E. Main St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

State Police - Montville

Harley MacDonald, 28, of 33 Cove Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with breach of peace.


Kassandra Lankerd, 20, of 11 Ninth Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.
