U.S. Properties breakup to have no effect here

The dissolution of U.S. Properties Inc. will have no effect on the New London operations of U.S. Properties Realty LLC, the company's general manager said Friday.

David Mills, who now owns U.S. Properties Realty at 5 Shaw's Cove, said the dissolution of the previous entity followed the death of its owner, William J. Kuth of Wallingford. U.S. Properties had been in operation since 1993, but the new entity was just incorporated last year, according to online records.

U.S. Properties is best known for brokering the sale and lease of commercial properties, but it also manages and maintains buildings as well.
