Why is everything that's "last" always "not least"? Maybe because it's true? That's certainly the case with "Latin Views 2014: The Final Biennial," an art exhibition that opens with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the Alexey von Schlippe Gallery, Branford House, the University of Connecticut at Avery Point. The show, featuring more than 70 pieces by 43 Latin artists from 18 countries, is indeed the last biennial international exhibition by the Latin Network for the Visual Arts.
