Are Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy trying to pull the wool over the public's eyes! There will never be gun control that will work. In order to have gun control, all guns must be removed. For every legal gun taken away, there is a dozen black-market weapons available. And not only will this never happen, it will not stop needless killings.

When the men put the pressure cooker bombs at the marathon, how many rounds did they fire? When the man went berserk with a knife, how many rounds did he fire? When the man rented the pick-up and ran down the people in the bike lane, how many rounds did he fire? How can doctors judge a person insane or dangerously unstable before he or she does something devastating?

Guess what, life as we knew it has changed and it's not for the good. There is no proper corrective measure known. Anyone carrying or having immediate access to a firing weapon, who draws and attempts to control a situation (as what happened in Texas) means well but that can be even more dangerous as law enforcement may not be able to tell the good guys from the bad.

It sickly equals out to shoot first and ask questions later. In other words, kill or be killed.
