    Old Lyme grand list grows by 0.47 percent

    Old Lyme — The town's net taxable grand list grew by 0.47 percent to $1,582,068,844 in 2017.

    Net motor vehicle assessments saw the largest percentage increase, growing by 4.4 percent to $74,354,700 in 2017.

    Net personal property assessments grew by 2.18 percent to $33,131,904 in 2017, while net real estate assessments edged up 0.24 percent to $1,474,582,240.
