WHO: An elderly gentleman living at the state-subsidized Gordon Court apartment complex for senior and disabled in New London.
AGENCY: New London Housing Authority.
HIS SITUATION: The man can be seen at times walking around without proper cold-weather clothing and with shoes that have holes in them. Most of his own clothes are old and torn.
WHAT TO GIVE: Boots size 10.5, shirts or sweaters size large, a winter coat, hat and gloves.
