East Lyme — Stan Forostoski of Manchester relaxes in the sun Wednesday at Rocky Neck State Park.
Forostoski, who visits the park year-round, said it was nice on the beach despite the low temperature, since it was protected from the wind by the hill for the train tracks that run through the park.
