    Beach weather in New London

    Crowds of people and umbrellas gather on the private beaches along Pequot Avenue in New London on Sunday, June 6, 2021. Area beaches, including Ocean Beach Park, Rocky Neck State Park and Gardner Lake State Park, reached capacity in the early afternoon as temperatures climbed above 90 degrees in some spots in southeastern Connecticut.
