Brandon L. Boyd, 25, of 495 Mohegan Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Thomas R. Singleton, 35, of 107 Riverview Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory.

Elvin Valentine, 25, of 93 State Pier Road was charged Thursday with breach of peace and threatening.

Shelyese Perry, 19, of 18 Elwood Lane was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license .

Troy Swartz, 31, of 365 Park St. was charged Wednesday driving with a suspended license, following too closely and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Joseph Nichols, 30, of 361 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Robert Deschenes, 47, of 16 Hoscott Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Stonington

Michael J. Trahan, 25, of 139 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Fernando V. Carrasquillo, 25, of 38 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unreasonable speed and driving without a license.

Waterford

John Hindman, 23, of 6 Champlin Hill Court, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving a motor vehicle without registration and insurance.

Robert Arpin, 42, of 296 Hamilton Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with first- and second-degree failure to appear in court.

William Celtruda, 21, of 286 Judson Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment, threatening and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Frederick Bolen, 61, of 2 7 Cubles Drive, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance and registration.

Brian Poulin, 35, of 450 Church St., Amston, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.
