    Groton Town

    Sean Rosenblatt, 51, of 39 Gold St., Stonington, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Raquel M. Johnson, 23, of 462 Noank Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

    Larry D. Sirpenski, 54, of 75 School St., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

    Isiah Brown-Moses, 24, of 57 Ashcraft Road was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a traffic signal and driving while his license is suspended.

    Anjelica Ortiz, 22, of 91 South Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Rakom Thornton, 24, of 600 Meridian Street Ext., Groton, was charged Wednesday with failure to respond to a police officer.

    Mohammad Woodhall, 27, of 65 Shaw St. was charged Tuesday with disobeying an officer's signal, driving without a license, reckless driving, risk of injury to a minor, first-degree reckless endangerment and interfering with a police officer.

    Julio Rodriguez, 45, of 240 Williams St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kevin Murphy, 19, of 14 Colman St., Apt. 8, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Zahary Robinson, 28, of Teachey, N.C., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ashley Ferguson, 30, of 2 Walnut St., Middletown, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Zariq Green, 20, of 46 Crystal Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Juan Osorio, 23, of 2 Mountain Ave. was charged Monday with driving without a license, failure to drive right and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Liessence Morris, 19, of 107A Niles Hill Road was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

    Emarie Hagen, 55, of 111 Truman St., No. 6, was charged Monday with driving while her license is suspended, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unsafe backing and evading responsibility.

    Rafael Villegas, 41, of 163 Huntington St. was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Thomas Walders, 41, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with first-degree harassment and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Stonington

    Joseph J. Jacome III, 26, of Narragansett, R.I., was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment and harassment.

    Larry J. Witherspoon, 42, of Hartford was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Elizabeth A. Gardiner, 53, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Cameron Caron, 20, of 6 Willow St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Joan Furr, 52, of 78 Clark Lane was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Kenneth Wells, 38, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
