Norwich police issue bulletin for missing teenage girl

Norwich police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 14-year-old girl who is classified as an endangered runaway.

Aaliyah Dimiano, 14, is described as white with black hair, brown eyes, five feet, five inches tall and 200 pounds, possibly wearing a blue Carhartt sweatshirt. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call police at 860-886-5561.
