Benjamin A. Bairstow, 40, of Sanford, Fla., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Steven A. Duffy, 40, 44 Long Hill Road was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right-of-way.

Roberto Aguirre, 43, of 173 Route 12 was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
