Kathryn E. Hanley, 35, of 520 Long Hill Road was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Amanda LaChapelle, 36, of Providence, R.I., was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, second-degree trover and second-degree breach of peace.

Kelvin Waheed, 61, of 14 Cutler St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Megan M. Maher, 38, of 28 W. Pleasant St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Nicholas B. Wilson, 34, of 10 Fort Hill Road, Apt. 6B, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Harold E. Emery, 37, of 147 State St., Suite 2B., New London, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree breach of peace.

Carolynn F. Wright, 30, of 360 Route 12, No. 101, was charged June 13 with violation of a protective order.

Charles J. Shedrick, 37, of 122 Ivy Court was charged June 13 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose E. Santiago-Vazquez, 30, of 115 Mather Ave. was charged June 13 with two counts of sale of a narcotic substance and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Aubrey Johnson, 35, of Hartford, was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia, larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree forgery.
