While you’re enjoying the chilly winter weather, swing by the Connecticut River Museum for a fun and educational kids’ program.
A program just for kids 4+ and their caregivers, River Tales includes a story, a craft activity, and an opportunity to explore the Connecticut River Museum’s exhibits through a scavenger hunt. In December, we’ll read Over and Under the Snow by Kate Messner, a book that explores a secret kingdom of squirrels, snow hares and many other animals that live through the winter safe and warm, awake and busy, under the snow.
All River Tales reservations include museum admission for one adult and one child and must be purchased in advance. Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian during this event.
