East Lyme student featured in Congressional Arts Competition

Niharika Burugapalli, a Williams School sophomore living in East Lyme, was featured in the 36th annual Congressional Arts Competition. Her painting “The Golden Cup” was selected alongside works from all 435 congressional districts nationwide for this year’s exhibition “An Artistic Discovery.” The exhibition is on view at the Slater Museum in Norwich.
