Westerly — The Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce will sponsor three Sunday Funday events on High Street in the downtown on May 8, 15 and 22 from noon to 8 p.m.

The street will be closed to vehicles as an outdoor marketplace features local pop-up retail shops and artists, while area restaurants, bars and retailers also will offer items in the street. A variety of live entertainment, sponsored by local businesses and organizations, is scheduled throughout each day. The events are free for the public to attend.

Sunday Fundays are sponsored by Westerly Paints, Washington Trust Company, Lathrop Insurance, Dime Bank, Jewett City Savings Bank, Yale New Haven Health, Perks & Corks, The Malted Barley and WBLQ.

Individual entertainment sponsors are Amigo’s Taqueria Y Tequila, Buckler Johnston Funeral Home, Koi Japanese Cuisine, The Tapped Apple, First Physical Therapy, Arrowhead Dental Associates and Grey Sail Brewing of Rhode Island.
