Waterford ― Jules Landeck gave her daughters a choice Tuesday if they wanted to do their homeschooling at home or at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford. The girls decided to go to the park because their mother told then that after they finished their school work they could spend time visiting the gardens that they enjoy and roam other areas of the park.

Landeck’s friend, Allison Leonard, of New London, spent time with Landeck’s youngest daughter, Mia, 1, while her daughter, Zoe, 3 months, slept in a stroller.
