Michael Wilkins, 52, of Enfield was charged Friday with three counts of failure to appear in court, assaulting an officer, interfering with an officer, disobeying an officer signal, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Kaila Veneziano, 24, of Newington was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.
