Anthony Rockett, 36, of 157 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, failure to display reflectorized safety number plates and failure to have minimum insurance coverage.

Taveras Rafaelito, 46, of 178 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Sunday with violation of probation.

William Waddicor, 33, of 42 Canterbury Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
