Shaun Jones, 26, with a last known address of 425 Bridge St., No. 119, was charged Thursday with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Amber M. Gardiner, 23, of 36 Flintlock Road, Apt. G, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Samuel Moreno-Rodriguez, 28, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper display of plates.
