    East Lyme

    Richard Koller, 68, of 58 Webster Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

    Norwich

    Michael A. Johnson Jr., 27, of 287 Main St., #4A, was charged Feb. 5 with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Samantha A. Stonick, 44, of 287 Main St., #4C, was charged Feb. 1 with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.

    Zachary Williams, 25, of New Haven, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to have a mirror.

    Erick Angeles Pizarro, 29, of 168 W. Thames St. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    State police ― Montville

    Robert R. Perez, 40, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Sunday in North Stonington with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Daniel R. Fitts, 40, of 111 Fort Shantock Road, Montville, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    John Moran, 48, of 260 Roxbury Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane , making an improper signal and carrying a firearm while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jeffrey A. Schiller, 60, of 258 Taylor Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Feb. 7 in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Pamela J. Rosetta, 47, of 51 Valley Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Brittany Stickman, 29, of Voluntown, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Waterford

    Chelsea Maynard, 25, of Canterbury, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.
