Moses Shuff, 31, of 100 Plaza Court, Apt. 546, Groton, was charged Monday with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operation of a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance.

Jason Thomas, 53, of 1286 North Old Colchester Road was charged Tuesday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.
