Groton City
Timothy J. Sanborn, 33, of 133 Paul Revere Road, second floor, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.
James Ouimet, 41, of 19 Fieldside Dr., Apt. B, was charged Monday with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Mariah Laboy, 25, of Haynes City, Fla., was charged May 29 with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
Jean C. Ramirez-Riera, 24, of 294 Benham Road was charged May 28 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast and driving without a license.
A 14-year-old juvenile was charged May 28 with second-degree breach of peace.

Jair E. Trigoso, 24, of 135 Route 12, Preston, was charged May 27 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
Anderson J. Lopez, 27, of 32 Elizabeth St., Norwich, was charged May 25 with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
John F. Fonda, 54, of Westbrook, was charged May 24 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
