    Groton City

    Edgardo Trinidad, 53, of 294 Benham Road was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and two counts of failure to obey State Traffic Commission markings.

    Nicholas Olexy, 51, of 116 Ridgewood Drive was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, operating a drug factory, conspiracy to possess narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, conspiracy to operate a drug factory, conspiracy to fail to keep narcotics in original container, and traveling too fast.

    Allen S. Smith, 43, of 14 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, operating a drug factory, conspiracy to possess narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, conspiracy to operate a drug factory, and conspiracy to fail to keep narcotics in original container.

    Melissa A. Marcure, 45, of 116 Ridgewood Drive was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in original container, operating a drug factory, conspiracy to possess narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, conspiracy to operate a drug factory, and conspiracy to fail to keep narcotics in original container.

    Darius K. Armadore, Jr., of 42 Anthony St., Apt. 23, Jewett City, was charged June 5 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Angel RIvera Jr., 24, of 466 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Angel Brainard, 39, of 55 Denison Ave. was charged Thursday with interfering with police, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Tamarah M. Malcein, 27, of 21 Flintlock Road, Apt. H, Ledyard, was charged June 19 with breach of peace.

    Brian Orlando, 48, of 7 N. Jodry St., Quaker Hill, was charged June 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Alee C. Romas, 32, of 130 State St., Apt. 3B, was charged June 18 with interfering with police and disorderly conduct.

    Matthew L. Gendron, 63, of 62 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged June 18 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Kiara Gonzalez, 27, of Plainfield, was charged June 18 with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Kenneth M. Leclaire, 27, of Clinton, was charged June 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

    Ramonita J. Cruz, 27, of 16 Franklin St., No. 205, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marvin Osberto, 35, of 16 Cliff St., No. 1, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Albert L. Roadway, 39, of 290 Browning Road was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, traveling unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license or registration, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Chuma H. Hart, 38, of 46 ½ Providence St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Walter G. Dempsey, 63, of 7 Mohegan Park Road was charged Tuesday with two counts of violation of conditions of release and one count of criminal violation of a protective order.

    Kelly Blanchard, 55, of 2 Olivia Lane was charged June 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jose Manuel Pacheco Ponte, 57, of 111 Brookside Lane, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged June 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs second offense and driving with a suspended license.

    Lawrence E. Wilson, 31, of 21 Rossie St., Mystic, was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree threatening.

    Waterford

    Sean Rolfe, 37, 37 Spring St., was charged Monday with violation of a conditional discharge.
