Philip R. Murray, 49, of 220 H St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Patrick R. Kuchenbrod, 35, of 50 New London Road was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Harris Mold, 29, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Sunday with littering, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Melissa Tanguay, 33, of East Greenwich, R.I., was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew T. Maynard, 31, of 245 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, failure to wear face protection on a motorcycle, failure to obey a traffic control signal, driving a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to display lights and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Saishanvika Patoju, 20, of 127 Murphys Dr. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jainie Jarvis, 31, of 51 Pierce St., No. 1, Westerly, R.I., was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edward J. Hughes, 56, of 74 Buddington Road, Apt. 8B, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mindy Larkin, 42, of 310 Maple Ave. was charged Aug. 7 with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Bruce Baker, 42, of 1596 Route 85, Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Austin Sianis, 30, of 68 Thermos Ave. Unit 227, Norwich, was charged Monday with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

William Dickerson, 67, of 8 East Baltic St., Apt. 4G, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Erica L. Hatch, 37, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with police.

John B. Kelly, 39, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Danielle Snell, 37, of 55 Blackhall St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Steven Kus, 59, of 86 Sill Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Kallen T. Sullivan, 26, of 631 E. Main St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry minimum insurance, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Phillip Potter, 40, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a restraining order.
