    Henry Rojas-Cabrera, 30, of New York, N.Y., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Renata C. Cook, 23, of 1500 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Rochene Wiggins, 49, of 169 Crystal Ave., was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Freddy Vicioso-Pallero, 41, of 149 Huntington St., was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Greg Santora, 20, of 12 Michael Road, Apt. E, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Michael S. Flaherty, 53, 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and breach of peace.

    Carlos Santos-Osorio, 42, of 12 W. Coit St., was charged Thursday with failure to renew registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive upon the right and failure to carry insurance.

    Dana Kirkwood, 60, of 55 Colver St., was charged Thursday with failure to respond to an infraction, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Lakisha Alexander, 48, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Oct. 2 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Jose Ayala, 55, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Oct. 2 with interfering with police, breach of peace, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Jeffrey Smith, 24, of 35 Union St., No. 420, was charged Oct. 2 with first-degree forgery and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jose Vasquez Jr., 37, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged Oct. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to renew registration.

    Tyler J. Gaudette, 31, of Coventry, was charged Oct. 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Joseph Pezzello, 45, of 190 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Oct. 1 with violation of a protective order.

    Henry Badillo, 41, of 72 Connecticut Ave., was charged Oct. 1 with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, first-degree promotion of prostitution, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with police, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jonathan C. Bidwell, 36, of 13 Lamphere Road, Waterford, was charged Oct. 1 with violation of probation.
