    New London

    Andrea Foster, 43, of 286 Eugene O’Neill Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Carlos Osorio-Santos, 42, of 12 W. Coit St., was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

    Neil Swain, 74, of 176 Crystal Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, violation of probation, second-degree threatening and two counts of third-degree assault.

    Jayden Colon, 18, of 39 Rogers St., was charged Thursday with sale of a hallucinogenic substance and possession of a hallucinogenic substance.

    Christina Lallo, 41, of Westerly, R.I., was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Denzel Lancaster, 29, of 152 Elm St., was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with a police officer.

    Ashlee Rich, 38, of 39 Rogers St., was charged Thursday with use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, two counts each of possession with intent to sell a hallucinogenic substance and distribution of a controlled substance to an individual under 18, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Mauro Trujillo, 51, of 452 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Patricia Ward, 44, of 730 State Pier Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Carolynn Wright, 30, of 34 Channing St., was charged Monday with assault on a public safety officer and second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Peter Dugas, 59, of 303 Mohegan Road, was charged Oct. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    John Fish, 42, of 715 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, improper registration and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police – Montville

    Kailey Balducci, 30, of 530 Canterbury Turnpike, Apt. D, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Justin Fichtner, 32, of Miller Place, N.Y., was charged Friday in Preston with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Daniel Shaw, 30, of 536 Greenhaven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Todd Turcotte, 59, of Plainfield, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Cody Bousquet, 22, of 79 Taftville-Occum Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Waterford

    Vincent Augmon, 52, of 20 Raymond St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.
