    Police logs - Aug. 21, 2020

    Groton Town

    Scott A. Panganiban, 41, of 531 Route 12 was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Ariel R. Brosamle, 35, 248 Fort Hill Road, No. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

    Susan E. Dorman, 67, of 30 Pearl St., No. 1, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

    Bianca E. Morales, 40, of Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motor vehicle without license, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Jeremiah J. Cummings, 18, of 110 Dewey Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.  

    Nathaniel C. Phaneuf, 21, of 200 Michelle Lane, No. 109, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint. 

    State police - Montville

    Jared Bean, 31, of 56 Roosevelt Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with second-degree larceny and second-degree robbery.

    Gregory Bill, 37, of Ashford was charged Wednesday in Sprague with third-degree criminal mischief, creating a public disturbance and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Matthew Eiden, 23, of 32 McKinley Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
